Via Ferrata and Canyoning
These sports are guaranteed to get your adrenalin going like nothing else! Mountain Free Time, Altitud Extrem and Aventura Girona are just some of the companies to go to if you dare have a go at canyoning or climbing a via ferrata. They are a great way to discover hidden places that can only be reached by following the river’s course or the rockface, and you can always do them with a qualified instructor.
