The hostel is located in the town centre of Banyoles in Pla de l'Estany, a county with many special characteristics that make it a place of great ecological, cultural and historical interest, as well as an inexhaustible source of educational, tourism and leisure resources. Aimed especially at young people, families, school parties and groups, the hostel is ideal for all kinds of leisure, nature and sport-based stays.
The hostel can accommodate up to 94 people, with en-suite rooms for 4-6 people and rooms for 8-10 people with access to a shared bathroom. It also has a TV room, a games room with a football table, a tennis table, board games and children's games. There is a dining room with a self-service restaurant, along with drink and snack vending machines. The reception area has locker facilities and a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Garden-terrace with a bicycle parking area and outdoor children's park.
The hostel offers a wide variety of nature activities for school parties, families and groups (organised by the Banyoles Nature School) in order to explore the natural environment of Banyoles lake. It also offers sports activities (rowing, canoeing, swimming, mountain biking, horse riding, adventure sports and multi-sports), cultural and historical activities at various sites and facilities (Neolithic settlement of La Draga, Serinyà Prehistoric Cave Park, Archaeology Museum and Darder Museum).
